Delete your Wakeboo account

In the app

1. Open Wakeboo and go to Me › Account.
2. Tap Delete account and data, then Delete forever. With Apple, confirm it's you once more.
3. Your account and its data are deleted right away. Your alarms and mornings stay on this phone; to erase them too, tap Reset all data on the same screen.

If you signed in with Apple, Wakeboo also tells Apple to disconnect it. If you signed in with Google, remove Wakeboo from your Google Account too: myaccount.google.com/connections › Wakeboo › Delete all connections.

Without the app

Write to support@wakeboo.com with the subject “Delete my account”, from the e-mail address of your account if you can.

• Within 7 days, we send a confirmation to your account's e-mail address. This makes sure it's really you.
• Once you reply, we delete your account. Everything is gone within 30 days of your request, including our backups.
• Used Apple's Hide My Email? Write from any address and tell us; we'll send the confirmation through your account's private address, and it reaches you as usual.

What's deleted

• Your account, name, profile photo and e-mail address
• Your alarms and settings in our cloud, streak, badges, points and referral code
• Your pairing in Together and its messages, favorites, nudges and alarm proposals; your partner sees that you left Wakeboo
• Your phones' records and notification tokens

What may be kept

• Purchase records, as long as tax and accounting law requires. Apple and Google keep their own records of your purchases.
• Usage events, which are never tied to your account; they're deleted after 14 months.
• A message someone reported, until we've finished looking into it.

No account?

Then your data is only on your phone. Reset all data in Me › Account, or delete the app.

Delete only some data

You don't have to delete everything. In the app you can delete a message, unfavorite it, delete a snoring night or clip, end a pairing, or sign out. Questions: privacy@wakeboo.com.
